AI and Timekunst

Painting with words and writing with pictures. In addition to paper, pen and camera, there is now another means of bringing color into life. Is it actually intellectual creation when man depicts something that nature has already created? Does a painted picture of a tree only become art when it is alienated so that it no longer corresponds to reality?
Is it decisive for art whether an engineer calculates a non-existent space station or an author describes it or a draftsman paints it on the computer so that this phantasy becomes visible to the viewer.

A number of works in this gallery are descriptions implemented by an AI that a human has edited.

Without the AI, these images would not exist.

Without the means of the Ki, we could not have created such images.

But we would not have commissioned a real person to create these works for the Timekunst Gallery.

The creation of pictures with words is thus a tool for us to visualize thoughts.

It is up to us to decide what will be visible in the time art. As a visitor, you are free to decide whether you consider such works worthy of attention and whether you wish to spend time here. AI does not ensure memorable and sensational works. At the moment, our focus is to show how close such works can come to the current reality.
